Sustainability: A clear demonstration of how the initiative(s) will be sustained beyond the grant, including those that build on existing community mechanisms.
Inclusivity: To what extent does the initiative substantively include youth, women, elders, marginalized groups, and religious leaders across the ethnic divide?
Technical feasibility: demonstrate knowledge of context as relates to the initiative.
Results and Measurability: Well-defined and quantifiable outcomes and outputs. All projects must demonstrate feasibility and show tangible outcomes.
Partnerships: Potential to initiate strategic alliances and bring different stakeholders together to increase success and scale; thus collaborating for sustainable impact.
Promoting Gender Equity: Promote inclusion and the active participation of women.
